These guys are awesome! I drove up from Delray Beach Florida to DeKalb over Christmas New Year's and I needed two front tires when I got there. They sold me the Goodyear Assurance and that is the sweetest tire for bumps that I've ever driven. I've been driving Michelin and Bridgestone's for the past 40 years for their good mileage. If I get decent miles on these Goodyear's I'm never going back! And what's more, those guys took my Ford Explorer in at 8 in the morning January 2 to check out what I thought was a transmission fluid leak. They made sure I was good for the ride home and they only charged me 20 bucks! Good Lord here in South Florida it would have been $120 just to put it up on the lift!

Once again I hit the jackpot at Tom Sparks Auto. I needed an auto immediately and I wanted an SUV if possible. Brad took care of everything. I got a great SUV at a very nice price with all that I had hoped for. I bought a car from this dealership in 2005 and it was the best. If you want a fantastic auto for an extremely reasonable price with a salesperson that isn’t pushy and yet really listens to you and cares about you, then this is the place for you. The only downside was the gas. Every other place I have purchased a vehicle has always given me my new car with a full tank of gas. I drove my new SUV out of the dealership lot with less than a half tank. Oh well, it is a small price to pay for all the other positive attributes.

Let me tell ya here at Tom Sparks they are the best all around people are great here. What was going to be about $6,000 job at at the local Chey dealer only cost me $1,000 here . I'm very happy and I'd recommend Tom Sparks to anyone.

I am student at NIU, and took my car here to get an oil change as well as a sound diagnosed that was coming from the front driver's side wheel while turning right. I called them and was avle to plan an appointment less than a week out (although if it was just the oil change, I could have brought it in the same day I called). I brought my car in and was back on the road with fresh oil, and no sound in less than an hour. The sound turned out to be the a heatshield rubbing against the brake rotor, and they fixed it for free! The staff were all nice, knowledgeable and very efficient. I recommend any NIU students to come here if you need service for you vehicle!

Being from a small rural town, I ended up expanding my search radius and found Tom Sparks, who had a fully loaded Enclave for significantly less money than the Enclaves in my area that didn't have nearly as many features. I sent my interest to Brad, who is their internet sales guy and he kept in contact with me. I live 2 hours away so told him I would not be able to get to the store until evening after I got off of work within my school building. He recommended I fill out a pre-approval form online in case we ended up purchasing so our buying process would be quicker on-site.
